In 2003, Shanghai Jingyi Electrical Apparatus Factory Co., Ltd was restructured from Shanghai Jingyi Electrical Apparatus Factory which was established in the middle of 1950’s. The factory has been appointed by Shanghai Electrical Apparatus Research Institute as the developing and manufacturing basis of multiple-use circuit breakers in Shanghai and also a specialized enterprise for producing the Low Voltage Electrical devices as its main products of the famous brand – HEIMAO.

Main products are: low-tension multiple use circuit breaker, molded case circuit breaker, miniature circuit breaker, residual current (electric leakage protection) circuit breaker, AC contactors, thermal overload relay, multiple-use transfer switch, automatic switching unit, electrical apparatus assembling, etc. The products specification is complete in variety and general in series. And many of the products reached the international advanced level of 1990’s and have been awarded for Shanghai Excellent New Product Prize, Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Prize , National Level New Product Prize, Shanghai Electrical Apparatus Industry High-quality Products. Also the factory has been awarded “High & New Technology Corporation Certificate” for successively eight years from 1997 and has been awarded “Famous-brand Products of Shanghai” for successively seven years from 1998.

HEIMAO brand low-voltage electrical apparatus is attended widely by the domestic markets for its superexcellent capability and innovative structure design. It is used in the national important engineering projects such as Shanghai NANPU bridge , YANGPU bridge , BAOSHAN General Factory , Tian'anmen Square, Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant and Xiaotangshan Hospital.
